I think things like trezor will help adoption. It makes bitcoin secure for
the average man. Also merchants need to lower price when taking bitcoin by
a small percentage to reflect the lower transaction cost and risk. If that
happens people will see a direct savings impact. #gamechanger :)

Re Xapo: Turns out the post was a bunch of BS and the Xapo vault is fully
insured, it also turns out they are eating the monthly fee that is incurred
from their 3rd party card provider. I don’t know why we are hating on a
company that is attempting to provide a product crucial to the
infrastructure. If I get a Xapo debit card I can pay all my bills with my
bitcoin instantly, If I can do that I will be more than willing to get paid
in bitcoin because I can then pay my bills. Of course I would use the
native protocol if a merchant supports it but not everyone accepts bitcoin
yet, this way I can rid myself of filthy dollars for good.
