Citizens United decision gave Corporations the “rights” of individuals, and
anoninymity in donating to campaigns, IE; Koch Industries can donate as
much as they have wanted to Scott Walker in Wisconsin, in order to get the
Wisconsin pipeline run through WI for their Alberta tar sands operations.
The amendments movement throughout the States is to repeal the Citizens
United decision, in their individual States, making it once again illegal
for Corporations to essentially buy a certain States’ legal/judicial
processes, as has been done in Wisconsin.
