This is the infrastructure that keeps the digital currency’s decentralized
network up and running, and its operators are profiting big time.

Something must be seriously wrong with the subtitles, they hardly pay
$80000 for 1250 kWh. Their power usage has to be way more than that. Even
if it was 1250 W running 24 hours a day that price would be insane.

So what good is all this since Bitcoin is MANIPULATED??? (Remember it was
over $1000 per coin a couple years ago).

What will you do when an EMP or Solar Flare wipes all these computers
out?? (Outgoing Homeland Security Chief Janet Napalatano said it is a
    CERTAINTY).

If you don’t hold PHYSICAL assets (Gold, Silver, Ammo, Food, etc) you will
have NOTHING when the economy collapses and the SHTF!!
    Food for thought…….

Can someone PLEASE tell me where the mathematical equations are coming from
that their computers have to answer. Is there like some giant bit coin
super computer that generates math questions for other computers to answer
in order to receive bit coins? Or are there company’s that put there
mathematical equations on bit coin that they need answering? I get how bit
coin works, I just don’t get where these mathematical equations come from
that mining computers answer in order to get bit coins.

They need 1000 computers? That’s just bad craftsmanship. I can easily do it
    with just one.

They’re generating around $1.5 million dollars in Bitcoins that they have
to sell, use for their rent, electricity, themselves and any possible
hardware failures. Not to mention the investment on the building, security
and the hardware itself. I wonder how much they actually profit.

I have an excellent form of investment that is assured to rise in
value, doesn’t need electricity, isn’t affected by inflation, can’t be traced
by any person or government and can never be confiscated.

Well that’s an odd industry, but hey,the employees get to play videogames
while watching a billion servers day on and day off.Sounds nice, but I
imagine the noise of the fans would drive you crazy.
On the other hand,by chinese standarts,i guess this is a dreamjob.

I am scared. When I saw all those computers in that pile that weren’t
functioning anymore I got concerned about how many products that are
produced in the world and how we can/could get rid of them (waste disposal)
in order to solve our future world problems.

Dude drives a Mercedes in China, he’s ballin. No doubt.

Edit: Way better than physical mining that’s for sure. The technicians have
first world problems now. Mainly how to kill boredom and time. Monitor and
tool around small problems, try to prevent catastrophic failure. Good life
for a Chinese laborer, great skill-set learned as well…
