I myself had some interaction with one of the characters Jeff spoke about
in this whole saga, relating to something outside of real estate. Anyways,
it seems the Western abundance is running out so bad, that people have
reverted to outright cannibal capitalism. I encounter frauds sooooooooooo
much more these days. That’s what happens when people turn from creative
helpful producers, to outright parasites, and it will only get worse. It
seems whether it’s high end real estate, or low end internet marketing,
trust and honour are now an endangered species. After spending a whole year
or so learning about stock investing, etc, I doubt I will ever really go
through with it now, in light of the bank bail-in measures, but more so,
the real sinister risk that most investors have NO idea about, and that is
broker risk. Listen to this interview linked above with well-respected
economist Laurence Kotlikoff and prepare to be shocked. I heard Jeff say in
another interview that the new measure of future wealth will be instead,
who can lose the least. In this age of massive overt and covert risk, it’s
best just to lay low, until the dust settles, and then buy up everything
once sanity, accountability and proper valuations of everything, return. It
is not a issue necessarily going abroad, it is with reaching too high, and
basically trusting anyone who you haven’t known and trusted for, it seems,
at least a decade. People generally are driven by a mindset of insecurity,
fear and greed, and they have no honour or ethics. All that matters is
their ego, and appetite for infiniti.It is now a real liability to be
wealthy, or appear to be so, for you have a massive target on your back
that will only attract all the wrong people who look only to bleed you dry.
How does someone like Berwick get “kept in the dark” on such a big

that a real-estat agent down the road will not sell property that was never

to do is sell foney properties with fake paperwork. The scams are to many.
