David Weild IV is best known for his tenure at NASDAQ as a Vice Chairman, his involvement in drafting and lobbying for legislation in the US (he’s often revered as the “father” of the JOBS Act of 2012), and his expertise in stock markets. More recently, he became interested in cryptocurrencies and their role in the national and global financial markets.
